The sauce typically includes ground beef or minced meat cooked with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and a variety of spices. It's served over cooked spaghetti noodles.


Nigerian Chicken Caesar Salad: Inspired by the classic Caesar salad, this Nigerian version features grilled or roasted chicken breast sliced over a bed of crisp lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. It's dressed with a creamy Caesar dressing made with mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and anchovy paste.


Nigerian Pancakes: While similar to traditional pancakes, Nigerian pancakes are thicker and slightly sweetened. They're made from a batter of flour, eggs, sugar, milk, and baking powder, then fried in oil until golden brown. They're often served with toppings like butter, syrup, chocolate spread, or jam.
